The myth of AI helping to develop leaders.

The idea is that AI could deliver just-in-time development or coaching for leaders.

Really?

So we want leaders who are likely to be overwhelmed, unaware of blind spots, in some type of trouble, and/or emotionally shattered get help from AI.

It’s too late.

It’s too late for leaders, too late for the people around them, and too late for the organisation.

Could AI be useful? Maybe. But for leader support, let’s try and improve how we develop leaders first.
